PATRONS & DONORS
In the past two years we have benefited from supporters who have wanted to be more than a ‘Friend’ and have generously become Patrons. As in its past history St. Peter’s and then the Eype Centre for the Arts have been generously supported by local residents who have wanted to help preserve such a fine building as well as the arts activities which are now conducted there and which help with the maintenance costs of the venue.
During the 2002/2003 renovation local residents paid for the comfortable new chairs which replaced the old pews, the renovation of the bell tower and bell, the installation of the modern sound and lighting system and many other important and necessary pieces of equipment which help to make St. Peter’s not only a spectacular setting for church and artistic events, but an ability to provide artists with all the equipment they need to show and perform their work.
